@mixed greens{1%cup}
@garlic powder{1%tsp}
@gochujang sauce{2%tbsp}
@sugar{2%tsp}
@cooking oil{2%tbsp}
@black pepper{½%tsp}
@salt{½%tsp}

Wash and dry all produce.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @ground turkey{12%oz} with ½ tsp @garlic powder{}, 2 tsp @sugar{}, ½ tsp @salt{}, and @black pepper{}. Mix until just combined, then shape into 2 patties. Heat @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Cook patties ~{6%minutes} per side until deeply browned and cooked through. Set aside.

While patties cook, halve and toast @brioche buns{2%pieces} cut-side down in the pan until golden. Set aside.

In a #small bowl{}, whisk together @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, @gochujang sauce{2%tbsp}, and remaining @garlic powder{} to make the aioli. Toss @mixed greens{1%cup} with @sesame dressing{2%tbsp}.

Spread cut sides of toasted buns with aioli. Fill with turkey patties and @crispy fried onions{½%cup}. Serve alongside dressed mixed greens.
